On September 15, 2026, in connection with its Capital Market Day, Ingram Micro (“Company”) issued a news release reaffirming Q3 Fiscal Year 2026 guidance and providing long-term targets. A copy of the Company’s news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
