Ingram Micro Trust X Alliance Global Leadership Summit Transforms Minds, Builds Connections and Inspires Growth

Global, regional and local executives explore how mindset, purposeful leadership and applied AI are reshaping the future of business and defining what’s next

IRVINE, Calif. — June 18, 2026 — Focused on real-world business opportunities and professional growth, this year’s Ingram Micro Trust X Alliance (TXA) Global Leadership Summit brought together business leaders from around the world – including TXA members from Austria, Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK and the US - for an immersive experience designed to share knowledge, strengthen connections and inspire.

Highly rated by attendees, the third annual TXA Global Leadership Summit provided a powerful forum for community members to connect, learn and grow together.

“Ingram Micro’s TXA Global Leadership Summit is really amazing and will be transformational in the lessons we take back to our team,” said Raphael Waller, Director, Cardonet, a member of TXA. “It’s not just the speakers and sessions, but the facilitation and small groups around the tables.”

Day One: Lean into Experience and Insights

Setting the stage on Day One, R “Ray” Wang, CEO of Constellation Research, shared his perspective on the future of AI, predicting that companies that embed AI into their business models will outperform others by 10X. Wang underscored the importance of turning domain expertise and customer experience into a competitive advantage by focusing relentlessly on operational excellence and business outcomes.

“This is a game of experience, not expertise,” shared Wang. “Expertise is a commodity. AI is commoditizing. But the experience in this room is something different. Your understanding of an industry, a market segment, a geo. That is going to be the difference in this marketplace.”

Building on that momentum, Ingram Micro executive leaders engaged attendees in discussions focused on addressing some of the IT channel’s most pressing challenges and emerging opportunities.

Expanding on the market opportunity, Ingram Micro EVP and President, Global Platform Group, Sanjib Sahoo encouraged attendees to think forward and seek insights—not updates—from team members, business partners and AI.

“Do not ask your team for an update, ask for an insight, ask for an intelligence,” said Sahoo. “Because you want to know in your business reviews not what happened, but what can happen next.”

Discussing the role of leadership in driving transformation, Bill Brandel, EVP and President of North America, Ingram Micro, emphasized the importance of communication, teamwork and execution.

“Transformation happens when leaders have the courage to communicate clearly and take action together as a team,” said Brandel. “The organizations that will thrive in the years ahead are those that combine innovation with disciplined execution and use AI to amplify human potential, not replace it.”

Day Two: Take Action, Ask for Insights and Adopt Iterative Innovation

Entrepreneur, venture capitalist and musician Josh Linkner opened Day Two by encouraging executives to act before they feel fully prepared.

“Act now and iterate,” shared Linkner in a lively keynote filled with real-world examples. “In today’s environment, the most successful leaders don’t wait for the path to appear — they find a way.”

Continuing the conversation around innovation and leadership, Sahoo encouraged attendees to commit daily to being more proactive than reactive as leaders.

“Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating the conditions to find them together,” stated Sahoo. “Humans and AI working together on a common purpose with connected intelligence in a single operating system—that’s how you balance performance with transformation and foster a culture of boldness and vulnerability and align personal and company purposes.”
