Ingram Micro's Jeff Streb Named One of Buffalo's "40 Under 40" Honorees
Buffalo Associate Joins Roll Call of Most Distinguished Young Professionals in Buffalo Niagara Region

For 22 years, the business journal has highlighted the accomplishments of those members of the Buffalo community who illustrate a dedication to both their professions and the Buffalo Niagara community.
Streb, senior director of human resources for Ingram Micro, is an accomplished executive with more than 15 years of experience in the field. He oversees a staff of 18 associates, and advises Ingram Micro leadership on topics such as talent management and expertise, organizational development and design, employee relations and compliance, and change leadership. He has been honored with several external HR awards as well as completing the Leadership Niagara program in 2006. He also was honored with the Ingram Micro Regional Award of Excellence for the creation and successful implementation of an HR business continuity plan.
Streb is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association (BNHRA), the Upstate New York Total Rewards Association (UTRA) and the Tri-State Diversity Council. He is actively involved with several charitable organizations, including Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara and P2 Collaborative of Western New York, and serves on the advisory board for the Niagara County Community College School of Business Administration.
Prior to joining Ingram Micro in 2000, Streb worked at M&T Bank in Buffalo and Occidental Petroleum in Dallas. He earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his MBA at the University of Texas at Arlington.

The 2013 class of honorees was selected by a six-person, independent panel of former 40 Under 40 winners, and then honored at a luncheon at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center on Nov. 7.
