Ingram Micro Expands Logistics Services Agreement With ACN to Include Flash Wireless

Agreement Further Optimizes the Flash Wireless and ACN Supply Chain

INDIANAPOLIS, March 6, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE:IM), the world's largest technology distributor and a global leader in IT supply-chain, mobile device lifecycle services and logistics solutions, today announced its mobility division has expanded its logistics services contract with ACN Digital Phone Service, LLC ("ACN"), to provide forward and reverse logistics services for mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), Flash Wireless LLC ("Flash Wireless") in the U.S.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro Mobility, formally known as BrightPoint, will provide a variety of critical logistic services including handset flashing, packaging, procurement services, special service requests, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, asset management and repair services for Flash Wireless.
