Statewide Council Honors Lynn Jolliffe for Outstanding Diversity and Leadership Skills at Annual Conference

The awards were presented in conjunction with the 3rd Annual California Diversity & Leadership Conference, held Feb. 2-3, 2012, at U.C. Berkeley's Pauley Ballroom. The conference, which featured keynote speeches by nationally renowned figures Donna Brazile and Dr. Cornel West, provided a forum for members of the California business community to have an open dialogue about how to successfully leverage and manage diversity efforts in the workplace.
Jolliffe has been with Ingram Micro since 1999 and currently serves as the company's executive vice president of Human Resources. She is responsible for the identification, development and implementation of the company's human resources strategies in support of the organization's global objectives. Jolliffe oversees all aspects of human resources worldwide, including organization development and talent management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, the Human Resources Information System, payroll, as well as the regional human resources teams.
In March 2010, Jolliffe was awarded HR Executive of the Year by the Orange County affiliate of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA).
