Industry Leader Recognizes Top Performing IT Vendor Partners at Annual Marketing Symposium

ANAHEIM, Calif., Nov. 19, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Celebrating the success of its vendor partners, Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) today announced the winners of the 2010 U.S. Vendor Awards of Excellence.  The annual awards ceremony was hosted by Ingram Micro's executive vendor management team and took place earlier this week at the distributor's 2011 Ingram Micro Marketing Symposium in Anaheim, Calif.

This year's winners include Channel Community Award winner IBM and Services Award winner Intermedia. The 2010 Business Intelligence Award and Partnership Award were presented to Cisco in recognition of its ongoing collaboration with Ingram Micro's sales, marketing, technical support and vendor management teams and investment in partner enablement. 

Ingram Micro's Vendor Awards of Excellence recognize leading and emerging technology manufacturers and developers for outstanding overall IT channel performance and partnership. Award winners have also demonstrated significant achievement against measurable objectives, such as revenue, profitability, marketing programs, partner enablement and services.
