Ingram Micro to Host Ground Breaking Ceremony in Jonestown, PA on June 27

    WHAT:        Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) to host Ground Breaking Ceremony
                 for 250-thousand-foot expansion of its growing Jonestown
                 Advanced Logistics Center. The expansion is scheduled to be
                 completed in the fourth quarter of this year.

    WHO:         Ingram Micro's President and COO Kevin Murai, Senior Vice
                 President of North America Operations and Supply Chain Terry
                 Tysseland, Vice President of Operations Bill Wray, and Senior
                 Director of Operations Chris Matangos will participate in the
                 one-hour ceremony.

    WHY:         Ingram Micro's local Jonestown Advanced Logistics Center will
                 be expanded in size by more than five football fields --
                 approximately 253,000 sq. ft. -- to accommodate its growing
                 technology logistics business.  (Current Center is approx.
                 600,000 sq. ft.)

                 Renowned as one of Jonestown's leading employers and a key
                 component of the world's largest IT distributor, the expanded
                 Logistics Center calls for the hiring of 40 new staff
                 members, bringing the total number of full-time Jonestown
                 associates to 587.

                 With more than eight miles of conveyor belt -- enough to
                 stretch from Jonestown to Lebanon, the expanded logistics
                 facility will continue to support many of today's leading and
                 emerging technology manufacturers and regional IT resellers
                 with estimated daily shipments of more than 60,000 cartons
                 during peak periods.

    DIRECTIONS:  From points North: Take 81 south bound to exit 90 Lebanon;
                 Bear right off the exit onto Fisher Avenue. Travel
                 approximately one-half mile to the first traffic light and
                 turn right onto Micro Drive. Follow the signs for our
                 visitor's entrance.

                 From points South: Take 83 north bound or 15 Northbound until
                 they intersect with 81. Take 81 north bound to exit 90
                 Lebanon; Bear right off the exit onto Fisher Avenue. Travel
                 approximately one-half mile to the first traffic light and
                 turn right onto Micro Drive. Follow the signs for our
                 visitor's entrance.

                 From points East: Take 76 west bound until it intersects with
                 81. Take 81 north bound to exit 90 Lebanon; Bear right off
                 the exit onto Fisher Avenue. Travel approximately one-half
                 mile to the first traffic light and turn right onto Micro
                 Drive. Follow the signs for our visitor's entrance.
